There haven't been reactions from Gaile or other Anet employers in this forum for like 3 weeks now. Maybe Anet pr policy has changed?

Well, actually... I think you just need to look. I posted quite a few times just last night. Andrew is posting frequently in the PvP-oriented forums. I'm posting often in this main forum -- although with some issues I'm monitoring rather than responding, as the threads are continuing to gain new thoughts from players, but we don't have anything new to add to the discussion. Monitoring allows me to do what I do, which is relay your thoughts to the rest of the dev team. Posting also allows me to do what I do, which is relaying dev team comments back at ya, but on a couple of the key issues here, there's just nothing new to relay, so we're active in noting the comments without necessarily commenting in return.

The bottom line is: CR != PR. We have a fine PR team, and they do keep in touch with me, but I am not part of that team, nor are they part of community relations.

Well, Arena Net signs Gaile's paychecks, but even so I'm sure she is on a first name basis with employees over at NCSoft and can call them up and chat if she has questions regarding their policies or wants to relay some customer comments to them.
